RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BYLYSE allows its customers to return products free of charge within 30 days of purchase. You will find a return enveloppe in your package upon receipt of your order which should be used for this purpose.

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused or defective and returned with original tags attached. Promotional items may not be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Refunds will be initiated immediately once we receive the returned merchandise. Returns made with the original receipt will be refunded in the original tender. Returns without the original receipt will be refunded at the lowest selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.

Returns will NOT be accepted in stores that distribute BYLYSE clothing.

Need a different size or color?

We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition as long as you return the item for which you need to change sizes or colors. In order to serve you most efficiently, please place a second order for a different item in the correct size or color. Please note that exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Price adjustment policy

Although BYLYSE products are rarely on sale, we do issue sale price adjustments. However, your order must have been placed no more than 10 days before the price change was made. Please have your invoice number ready and contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-4BYLYSE / 1-844-429-5973 to see if you are eligible for a price adjustment.
